What is ASA film?

ASA film is made of Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA), which also called acrylic styrene acrylonitrile. ASA (also called ASA resin) is an amorphous thermoplastic developed as an alternative to acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), but with improved weather resistance, and is widely used in the automotive industries.

ASA film is a super weather resistant functional film. It has long-lasting and bright colors, excellent weather resistance, chemical resistance and self-cleaning properties. It can be used in building materials fields such as resin tile, steel plate, decorative sheet and etc. The colors of ASA film are mainly sky blue, ocean blue, brick red, purple red, ink gray and other colors. Thickness range is 30-150 microns. Width range is 1000-1280mm. Length of each roll is 600m or 1200m or customized.
